Trixie, you certainly are a pretty girl. Used to have a cat that would wake me up around 3 a.m., wanting to go outside! Maybe, Trixie just wants to wake up her fur buddies so she can play!

Yes...mine does that and when I call her or she sees me she brings the toy and becomes super affectionate.
ReplyDeleteYes, one of my three kitties (Snickers) does this. She's 'caught her prey' and she wanders around with it in her teeth, yowing very loudly (usually at night)... Once we praise her and let her know we're so proud of her for what a good 'hunter' she is, she is satisifed and stops. That's what Trixie is doing, and she's looking for someone to praise her and make over what a good little hunter she is.
ReplyDeleteMy cat loves to play with her little plastic cup all over the tile floor making the biggest racket late at night! Then she jumps on our bed, licking my closed eyes and nose, purring like a loud diesel engine, leans against my head and purrs herself to sleep. Trixie is looking for company to share her night hours! Lovely girl! Love, hugs and purrs, Kathy
