New Photos ~ Lazy Boys! Anakin & Mika

 

Lazy Boys! They sure do know how to get comfy and take a good nap. They didn't even wake up when I was taking the photos. A lot of you have asked how Mika is doing with his house slipper. Mika is not wearing the slipper. We were still having a very hard time even trying to get it on his foot. Honestly he wants nothing to do with the slipper and I felt like we were torturing him every time we even tried to get it on him. I do not want to turn him into an angry scared cat over this slipper that he wants nothing to do with. We may try again in the future but for now we are just leaving him alone about it. His back legs still look great, not irritated or red or anything. He is happy and can get where he wants to go.

New Video! Anakin Knows How To KCCO! Chive On!

Anakin loved my hubby's new Chive hoodie. He curled up in it, started purring and making Happy Feet! So I got my hubby's KCCO shirt, put it next to him and this cute little video happened. We've been fans of the Chive for years. How could I not love a site that has "Cat Saturday" every week! The Chive also has a wonderful charity ( http://chivecharities.org ) and very generous community of Chivers. Prezzies for Anakin, Mika & the Gang

 

Some BIG Thank yous!! Anakin, Mika and the Gang have received some wonderfully sweet and thoughtful gifts over the past few months. I finally got a photo of them with Anakin to share :) Thank you sooooo much to Deanna from Nevada for the great CatNip Cyclone (soon to be in a video! Anakin & the Gang LOVE this toy!!), a cute collection of toy mice, Kitty Wipes, Neato Laser pointer, Calming Spray and a Gift card to Petsmart (This covered Anakin's food for almost 7 weeks!)! Also Thank you sooooo much to Mary Jane and all of the teachers at The Goddard School for Early Childhood Development in Maryland for their wonderful donation to my account at Ani's Vet to help cover Anakin & Mika's medical expenses. Thank you sooo much to Christine, Maxwell and Samuel from Pennsylvania for the adorable postcard! Last but definitely not least Thank you soooo much to Edytha, Faith & Pepper from Canada for the super cute crafty Anakin necklaces and pendants made by Edytha and her company eBar Designs.
