New Anakin Video! Anakin News Clip from China

I've been hanging on to this video for just the right time. What better time than now! :) This is an awesome News Clip by ChinaNews 360 from a Hong Kong station 7/2/12 (used with their permission). I thought with Anakin's First Birthday coming up next month (April 15, 2013) I should share some cute news clips from last year with Lil Baby Anakin. I love this news clip so much & I hope you do too!

New Photo ~ Anakin & Mika

 

Anakin & Mika stalking a lizard outside on the window sill :) Every morning a lizard comes to sunbathe in the window sill and the cats all love to take turns watching him lay there and walk around on the ledge outside the window. Anakin and Mika are getting along great now. They aren't quite nap time buddies yet but they do play together often. Anakin goes back to the vet tomorrow morning to get his incisions checked out before the weekend. I'll post an update then. I'm still working on getting everything caught up around here. I hope to have a new video ready soon! :)

Anakin Update :)

 

Hi Everybody! I am so sorry for not being able to update for a few days. I had a big convention for my art and it was hard for me to be able to post. Anakin is doing really good. Here he is napping with his cone on :) He went back to the vet on Monday and today too and had his incisions checked and cleaned. The one incision that was icky is now better and it's the one below it that is a little icky. Not bad though. So I am putting antibiotic ointment on it twice a day and we are continuing his Clavamox till he is all healed. Anakin is acting fine and I don't think his incision are even bothering him at all :) He will be wearing the cone until he is all healed too luckily it doesn't bother him either. Mika is also doing great! Now that my two art shows are out of the way I'm going to start contacting a few possible companies about making him his prosthetic foot :) I hope to have some new photos and a new video posted by the end of the week.
