Throwback Thursday! Anakin & Mika Playing
A Mika & Anakin Video for Throwback Thursday! :) On April 7, 2013 I wrote, "How are Anakin & Mika getting along now? Just like two little brothers! Here they are playing around "The Favorite Chair". Ani shows off his upper body strength hanging from the back of the chair. Mika & Ani have a little slap, bite fight in the window and of course Anakin has to get the last bite. Then they both relax on the floor, Anakin making happy feet in his leopard print bed & Mika sniffs the camera and stretches out for a nap. How sweet are they! "

Mika Bunny is home!!! Yay!!
Mika Bunny is home!!! Yay!! :D Thank you so much to all of you for your Love and Well Wishes for him! You guys are the best! Mika is peeing on his own and definitely happy to be home. He's been rolling around getting tons of love and purring like crazy! He's on antibiotics, something to keep him relaxed (he's a little loopy and wide-eyed from the meds) and a new special diet of Royal Canin Urinary SO. He is all set up with the hall bathroom, hallway and my son's room as his area so I can keep a close eye on him and his litterbox without the other cats getting into it. I will keep you all posted on how our Mika Bunny is doing! :) Time to go back to snuggling my sweet bunny boy!

Mika is at the Vet :(
Mika is at the Vet :( This morning I noticed Mika wasn't feeling well. He was hiding under the dresser, didn't want any food, his third eyelids were kind of up, and he acted sore when I picked him up. The night and days before he had been acting just fine. This came on all of a sudden so I brought him to the vet immediately. Mika had a blocked urethra and UTI. They were able to get him unblocked. He is feeling better already and has already ate some food for them. He is on pain medicines and they want to keep him at their clinic on a catheter overnight. He will come home sometime tomorrow and will be on a special diet. They say he will be just fine. I will give you all another update after I talk to the vet again tomorrow morning. It's going to be a long night without my Mika Bunny here. Please send love and well wishes for my sweet Mika Bunny! I will keep you all posted.
