Prezzies! Anakin got some colorful mice from Ann from California! Ani & I also got some goodies & a cute tunnel from Bernadeth & Virgule from France! Thank you so much to all of you for these wonderful gifts for Anakin & my other cats :)

Prezzies... Anakin got a few more sweet packages of goodies! From Timothy, Zephyr & Raffy from Oregon ni got a wiggle worm, some glowing toy balls, and and a Elastomouse! They also sent our dog Buddy a Skinneeez! :) From Linda, Mary, Chuckie, Louis, Bella & Rapunzle from New Jersey, Ani got an awesome Flashing Firefly Mat & some fluffy mice. Thank you so much to all of you!! Anakin, Buddy & the other cats will have a blast with all of these :)

How interesting is this!! Could they be Anakin's long lost ancesters? I found this image on Google & couldn't find any other info about it other than it's a postcard from 1909 and the caption says A Pair Of Two Legged Cats, Lincoln Park, Chicago, ILL. The one on the right looks a lot like Anakin :) They even both stand like Ani does!! New Photo ~ Anakin Says Happy Talk Like A Pirate Day!

 

Argh Matey!! Aye, I be tak'n care o' me booty! Happy Talk Like A Pirate Day! (September 19th) Yes, it's a little joke ;) Booty = Pirate Treasure & Booty = Ani's Bum. He is still doing great and such a happy little guy! We Love Him To Bits!! In other news, I'm a little behind with everything right now. I'm doing my best to keep up with Anakin's messages, emails, comments, etc along with my mom's help.  I'm really hoping I can get this all under control soon so I can start to paint again! I haven't painted in months and I really miss it. I need time to make some new art asap! I want to paint a portrait of Anakin soooo bad! He's a purrfect model for my artwork :)

New Video ~ Anakin Loves Da Bird & Hops Like A Bunny!

New Video!! Anakin Loves Da Bird & Hops Like A Bunny! Here's Anakin playing with the cat toy, Da Bird! This is by far his favorite toy. Watch Ani jump & hop to catch Da Bird! I was amazed the first time I saw him jump with both feet off the ground. There really is nothing he can't do! Anakin is Awesome!

It's been asked on Facebook if this hurts Anakin and asked on YouTube if this can cause his rectal problems... No, he is not hurting himself at all. We play with Anakin with Da Bird only on the carpet and only for short periods of time. He isn't jumping all the time. More than one vet has told us that the amount of playing or climbing Ani does has no effect on his rectal problems and can not cause it. This is not an everyday game for Ani. It's just a once in a while game for him & we keep him low to the ground & drag Da Bird. This was just to get a little video of him jumping after we saw him jumping when we swung Da Bird for the other cats.
