Kazu is not doing well

Kazu update, he is not doing well at all today. He is lethargic now and in serious condition.His GI track is not moving the food they tried to put in through the nasil tube and there is fluid. They are taking the food and fluid out. They did an ultrasound to look for other issues. He does have an inflamed lymph node. His bile duct is also dilated, but not obstructed. They are starting him on some other meds to try and wake up his G.I. track and get it working. He is on CRI insulin. His bg was 366 at last check. They are upping his Glargine to 3 units. He talked about the possibility of tumors or early cancer as a possibility for why he’s not getting better he said that with DKA he should’ve started to turn around by now, but instead he’s having more issues. They are waiting on some more lab works and different test. He said they’ve got a few more things they want to try with him and see if they can turn him around. They said I probably won’t hear from anyone tonight unless he gets worse. I can’t believe this is happening again just like his brother Forrest. I hope he can pull through this and be ok. He is so young to be this sick. He’s only 4 years old. I can’t stop crying
